Reek of Desperation è uno dei brani più nevrotici e complessi dell’album, esprime una forte inquietudine interiore, parla di mancanza di controllo e del trovarsi sull’orlo del collasso nervoso. Abbiamo scelto di girare un videoclip semplice e diretto (sebbene ci fossero molti spunti per un video con una sceneggiatura ed una storia seria) per focalizzare l’attenzione sulla musica e sull’esecuzione pratica del brano. In fondo la nostra essenza è proprio questa: suonare”.
