“How Will I Laugh Tomorrow When I Can’t Even Smile Today” è il terzo album dei Suicidal Tendencies, pubblicato il 13 settembre del 1988 per Epic Records, il primo per questa etichetta.
Si tratta anche del primo registrato con il chitarrista Mike Clark, l’unica release con il bassista Bob Heathcote, che venne sostituito da Robert Trujillo nel 1989.
