“Schizophrenia” è il secondo album dei Sepultura, il primo con Andreas Kisser alla chitarra, che entrò a far parte della band al posto di Jairo Guedz. Venne pubblicato da Cogumelo Records il 30 ottobre del 1987.
Tutte le tracce vennero registrate nell’agosto del 1987, ad eccezione della bonus track “Troops Of Doom” presente nella ristampa del 1990, registrata tra il 26 ed il 27 agosto dello stesso album.
